  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept checks, credits, debits, ACH, and have the ability to invoice for businesses. 

  • Can I get a full refund?

    All Sales are Final. As indicated during the checkout process, by completing your order you acknowledged that you reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire purchase before it was sent. For this reason, cancellations or changes to personalized items cannot be accepted once you have placed your order.

  • How long does a custom order take?

    Typically it will take 5-7 days to complete a custom order. 

  • What if I don't see the occasion I'm looking for?

    Typically, we can create a bottle expression for any occasion however it may take longer to process.

  • Can I order in bulk?

    Yes. Contact via email at  lhbottleexpressions@gmail.com for more information. 

  • Can I change my order?

    You have a 24-hour window after an item is purchased to make changes. 

  • Can I purchase the bottle without the scroll?

    Yes, you can. Purchase amount will remain the same. 

  • I received an item as a gift. Can I return it?

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, the credit information will be emailed to you.


    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified about the return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


    If you are shipping an item over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot honor your request if do not receive your returned item.

  • Shipping Procedures

    We ship every Monday. Please double-check to ensure that your bottle expression speaks to the point that you are making. We will not be able to make any changes to your order once it’s processed.
